本隱私權政策說明我們如何於 MemoWord AI 應用程式及 skytechnologyco.com（以下合稱「本服務」）中，蒐集、使用、保存、分享與保護您的個人資料。請您在使用本服務前，詳閱本政策。

    • 例如姓名、電子郵件、帳號登入資訊（如使用 Firebase 或第三方登入服務，包括 Google Sign-In 和 Apple Sign-In）、學習紀錄、收藏與使用偏好等。

  2. 自動取得的裝置/使用資訊（「裝置資訊」）

    • 例如 IP 位址、裝置類型與版本、語系與時區、作業系統等基本資訊。

  3. 第三方登入服務

    • 當您選擇使用 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入時，這些服務提供商可能會依照其各自的隱私政策收集和處理您的資料。我們僅接收必要的認證資訊（如您的電子郵件地址和名稱）以建立您的帳號。

我們不會要求提供與服務無關的敏感個資（如身份證號、醫療、宗教、工會成員等）。若您主動提供，視為您同意我們於本政策目的範圍內處理。

二、我們如何使用資料（處理目的與法源依據）

我們依下列目的使用您的資料，並依適用法令處理（包含台灣個資法，及在歐洲使用者適用 GDPR）：

  • 提供與維運網站服務（合法基礎：履行契約或正當利益）

  • 回覆詢問、提供客戶服務與技術支援（履行契約或正當利益）

  • 寄送您同意接收的行銷或活動資訊（同意）

  • 網站安全、錯誤偵測、詐欺防制、統計與分析（正當利益）

  • 遵循法令或政府機關之要求（法定義務）

三、資料分享與第三方

我們不出售個人資料。僅在下列情況分享於受信任之服務供應商，並以合約要求其遵守保密與資安義務：

  • 主機與雲端維運、電子郵件寄送、網站分析、備援與資安服務等。

  • 法律要求或依法有權機關正式請求時。

  • 我們使用之第三方服務包括 Firebase Authentication、Firebase Firestore、Google Cloud等。

  • 您亦可於 MemoWord AI 應用程式中使用「刪除帳號」功能，以刪除您的帳號與所有個人資料。

  • 在 GDPR 適用範圍內：資料可攜權、限制處理、反對處理、撤回同意、拒絕自動化決策/建立輪廓（Profiling）

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use the MemoWord AI application and skytechnologyco.com (collectively referred to as "the Service"). Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service.

  3. Third-Party Login Services

    • When you choose to sign in using Google or Apple accounts, these service providers may collect and process your data according to their respective privacy policies. We only receive necessary authentication information (such as your email address and name) to create your account.

    We do not request sensitive personal information unrelated to the Service (such as national ID number, medical, religious, or union membership data). If you voluntarily provide such data, it will be processed within the purposes described in this Policy with your consent.

We process your personal data for the following purposes, based on applicable legal grounds (including Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR):
